Vlingo

I have tested and decided to buy the vlingo app for blackberry for 14.95. You can purchase the app from the appworld store app. 

Vlingo is great application for Truckers on the go. It allows for speech to text. All you have to do is push a button and speak into the mic and voala your text is typed for you no sitting there hunting for letters. I found that it is very accurate as long as you don't use slang (I imagine as it learns my voice better it will get the slang right) it uses 1.5 megabytes so its pretty big for a bb app but is fast and works well on the bb storm. The app automatically connects to facebook and twitter for status updates and automatically texts a contact in your phonebook. It also supports a bluetooth mic.

I do not recomend texting while driving but this is a must app for those who have to get there word out.

I wish it would automatically connect to bbmessenger and bbgroups however it does type for you if you put the cursor in the text box.

New feature in the latest version is text to speech on sms and email. That is a great feature as it will reat your text messages with out you having to pick up your phone. Great for hands free driving

In conclusion this app is a great app for those who do alot of texting on the go. Truckers are definitely in that category. It is well worth the money.
